A life-long resident of Hampton Roads, Charles grew up at the oceanfront of Virginia Beach, graduating from First Colonial High School in the late 1980’s before moving on to Virginia Tech. Upon earning a Finance Degree from Tech, he returned to Virginia Beach. He and his wife met in 2000 and they have two precocious children. In 2004, Charles became a licensed Real Estate Agent and currently has over twenty years of total sales experience.
